Hey everyone! This is Jill. I keep you company during those third shifts and sleepless nights. People always ask me how I can stay up so late, well the answer is easy. I sleep until 2pm! Lou Russo is very jealous.
Here's a little bit about me. I was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy (specifically Spinal Muscular Atrophy, SMA) when I was two and a half after my parents had noticed a slight tremor in my hands. This led to our relationship with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. My first year on the Jerry Lewis Labor Day Telethon was also when I was 7. I opened the show in the New York area at WWOR-TV and I have been on the Telethon every year since. I am fortunate enough to still be able to walk unlike most people with MD. Though I use a motorized scooter to get myself around because I get tired when I walk long distances.
I love all kinds of nerdy things: comics, video games, sci-fi. Get me in a conversation about any of those and prepare to be stuck with me for a while. I'm also a big animal lover. I have two cats, Sydney and Lil' Buddy. They're sister and brother and LOVE belly rubs! My musical tastes range from classic 80s to heavy metal. Some of my favorite Point artists are Gwen Stefani, Green Day, The Cure, Dave Matthews Band, Lady Gaga, and Black Eyed Peas. Feel free to email me and say hello!
